Delivery Information

At BelleIsle Tailoring, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and reliable delivery process for our customers. Please take note of the following terms and conditions regarding product delivery:

1. Delivery Address Accuracy:

  • Products will be delivered to the address provided by you at the time of placing your order. BelleIsle Tailoring holds no liability for products delivered to an incorrect address. It is your responsibility to promptly notify us of any changes to your delivery address or contact details.

2. Estimated Delivery Date:

  • We strive to dispatch non-bespoke products within the estimated delivery date specified in our order confirmation email. If no specific date is provided, products will be delivered within 30 days from the date of order confirmation.

3. Delivery Costs:

  • Delivery costs vary depending on the destination country and selected delivery option. Please refer to our website or contact our customer service team for specific delivery cost details.

4. Failed Delivery Attempts:

  • If no one is available at the delivery address to receive the products, a delivery note will be left, and the products will be returned to our courier’s premises. Please contact us or our courier to rearrange delivery.

5. Storage and Re-Delivery:

  • After a failed delivery attempt, if re-arrangement or collection is not made within a reasonable time, we reserve the right to charge for storage costs and further delivery attempts. If we are unable to contact you or re-arrange delivery, we may cancel the contract and issue a refund, deducting a reasonable sum for incurred costs.

6. PO Box Deliveries:

  • We do not deliver to PO Boxes.

7. International Orders:

  • Customers placing orders from outside the UK are responsible for payment of all local import duties and tariffs.

8. Contract Cancellation:

  • If we are unable to supply the products within a reasonable time frame, we reserve the right to cancel the contract and refund any sums paid.

9. Product Responsibility:

  • Once delivered to the address provided, products become your responsibility. Any loss or damage occurring after delivery will be at your own risk.

10. Product Collection Duration:

  • Products or garments awaiting collection will be held for a maximum of 2 years from the date of initial purchase. After this period, they will be destroyed.
