Who you are buying from

BELLEISLE TAILORING LIMITED, registered in England and Wales, company number 15462955. Registered office: 40 Hotham Road North, Hull, HU5 4NL. Email: operations@belleisletailor.co.uk.

Your order

  1. Each jacket is made to measure for you, from the twelve measurements you give us.
  2. When you send the order form, we check your measurements with you. We then send you an invoice.
  3. Our contract with you starts when you accept our invoice.
  4. There is no online payment. Payment is due as set out on our invoice. We place your order with our tailor once it has been paid.

Your measurements

  1. Please follow the measurement guide carefully. We will check your measurements with you.
  2. If the jacket does not match the measurements and options you gave us, it is not as described, and your rights on our returns and refunds page apply.

Making and delivery

  1. Your jacket is handmade by our specialist tailor, using premium British cloth.
  2. Delivery to UK addresses is free.
  3. We will agree the delivery details with you. If we agree no delivery date, the law says we must deliver without undue delay, and in any event within 30 days of the contract being made.
